Connect Vyapar to TrueStock

A step-by-step guide for resellers & customers — set up the integration yourself.

Option A · File import (works today)

Bring your items & stock in from Vyapar

In Vyapar open Reports → Stock / Item Detail.
Tap Excel to export the items / stock.
In TrueStock go to Items → More → Import and upload the file.

Re-import the latest export any time to refresh stock. TrueStock matches rows by SKU, so existing products update in place.

Option B · Automatic connector (on request)

Live sync via the TrueStock agent

Vyapar is desktop/mobile; export-import is the supported path today.
For a scheduled sync, install the TrueStock on-prem agent on the Vyapar PC.
