Connect MyBillBook to TrueStock

A step-by-step guide for resellers & customers — set up the integration yourself.

Option A · File import (works today)

Bring your items & stock in from MyBillBook

In MyBillBook open Reports → Stock Summary (or Item Report).
Use Export / Download and save as Excel (.xlsx).
In TrueStock go to Items → More → Import and upload the file.
Columns are matched by header automatically (item/SKU, name, stock). Re-import any time to refresh.

Re-import the latest export any time to refresh stock. TrueStock matches rows by SKU, so existing products update in place.

Option B · Automatic connector (on request)

Live sync via the TrueStock agent

MyBillBook is web/mobile; export-import is the supported path today.
For a scheduled sync, install the TrueStock on-prem agent on a PC that can reach your data.
