Connect BUSY to TrueStock

A step-by-step guide for resellers & customers — set up the integration yourself.

Option A · File import (works today)

Bring your items & stock in from BUSY

In BUSY open Display → Stock Reports → Stock Status (or Item-wise).
Use Export and save as Excel (.xlsx).
In TrueStock go to Items → More → Import and upload the file.

Re-import the latest export any time to refresh stock. TrueStock matches rows by SKU, so existing products update in place.

Option B · Automatic connector (on request)

Live sync via the TrueStock agent

BUSY exposes a data API / SQL on the BUSY server.
Install the TrueStock on-prem agent on the BUSY server (or open the API port to us).
Request the connector below and we’ll configure the live sync per site.

Install the lightweight TrueStock Connector Agent on the PC running BUSY: install Python 3.8+, unzip the kit, copy config.example.ini → config.ini, run it, then schedule it. Full step-by-step for BUSY is on the agent page.
